At NINE & TENNE we believe all self catered holidays should be luxurious so we include Molton Brown toiletries, a bottle of Champagne on arrival, and welcome gifts when staying at one of our self catered chalets during the winter season. We also offer stocked fridge, meal deliveries and a pre-ordered wine services as extras.
We’re a small owner run company and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional levels of service tailor made to your groups individual needs. Our service is like a well-informed concierge, so if you need advice on the best restaurants, fancy a massage, looking for nightlife, or want to book some heli-skiing we will arrange it all for you.
Beginning the moment you book, our concierge service pre-arranges lift passes, equipment hire, lessons, & childcare, plus any other requests you have during your stay.
Our self catered and B & B packages all include a complimentary bottle of champagne, and should you wish to order more for your stay just let us know.
Enjoying your time on the slopes is effortless with the support of our conscientious concierge team. We have been based in Chatel for 15 years, and are happy to share our knowledge of the best places to ski, eat, drink, sledge, walk and play!
Take advantage of our meal delivery service to give you a break some evenings; fresh home-cooked meals ready for you to heat and serve when you wish.
For late arrivals or if you can’t stand the supermarket we’ll be happy to fetch your groceries so the fridge is full on your arrival.
It can be a bit of lottery choosing wines in another country so why not pre-order from our list of carefully selected reds, whites and fizz.
To keep your accommodation in tip -top condition during your stay we include a flexible housekeeping service, plus the end of stay clean.
Luxury linens and towels are included, and mid week changes are available on request for an additional charge.
To ease your time in the kitchen we include some basics such as olive oil, salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee, bin bags and dishwasher tabs.
