During the booking process Paddy will offer a telephone consultation to help organise all the key elements of your holiday. This pre-arrival concierge ensures we have everything in place so you can enjoy a luxurious and stress-free holiday in the chalet and on the slopes.
Please find below more details about the catering, cleaning and in-resort taxis included in the Freedom package.
To make your arrival as smooth and stress-free as possible, we offer a convenient pre-arrival grocery shopping service. Simply send us your shopping list in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest. All items will be purchased from the local Intermarché in the Abondance Valley. Upon your arrival, your groceries will already be unpacked and neatly arranged in the chalet—fridge stocked, cupboards filled—so you can settle in and start enjoying your ski holiday right away. Prior to your arrival we will also send you our seasonal wine list for you to pre-order from our cellar.
Our Freedom food is delivered by our our catering partners Dent Gourmand, run by Denise and Gijs who are experts in all things delicious. Please find below the menu options.
Meal Deliveries
Delicious home-made meals are delivered during the day for you to heat and eat at your convenience. Please order only one meal per day per group, and please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

With over 15 years of experience operating in the Abondance Valley, Châtel Transfers are our trusted mountain transport partners. Their professional team of experienced drivers and fleet of luxury 8-seater Renault minibuses ensure a smooth and comfortable ride every time.
As part of our Freedom Package, you’ll enjoy the convenience of a private, pre-booked shuttle each morning to take you directly to the ski lifts—and a return transfer after your day on the slopes.
Before your arrival, we’ll coordinate your daily schedule with you—taking into account ski lessons, lunch plans, and group preferences—to create a tailor-made transfer timetable. During your stay, you’ll also be connected directly with the Châtel Transfers team, allowing for any last minute changes and direct communication with your driver. Please note: The in-resort taxis are booked at set times and your driver will wait 15 minutes for you. If you are later than this the driver may not be able to wait and you will be charged for an additional taxi or find alternative transport such as teh village bus service.
To help keep your chalet fresh and comfortable throughout your stay, our team provides two morning cleaning sessions, each lasting up to three hours. This service ensures communal areas, bathrooms, and kitchen spaces are tidied, cleaned, and refreshed mid-stay—so you can focus on enjoying the mountains while we take care of the rest. Cleaning days and times can be arranged in advance to best suit your schedule and preferences.
