We would like to reassure our guests that we are offering as much flexibility as possible and a clear policy to provide protection should COVID-19 related government restrictions mean that you are unable to travel. If you can not travel for Covid-19 related issues we can offer a full refund or credit note and transfer your holiday to a future date free of charge. Please read our T & Cs for more information.

We are dedicated to offering ski holidays that are operated safely and responsibly.
Due to the uncertainty of travelling with Covid-19, we are offering a much greater level of flexibility when booking and have also introduced some stringent measures for cleaning and check in.

  • Prior to travel, please check for any travel restrictions and advice with the Foreign and Commonwealth office (FCO) or your home country’s government. https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/france
  • We will inform you of any changes to our service caused by Covid-19 prior to your holiday start date.
  • Please inform us immediately if any member of your party shows Covid-19 symptoms or tests positive 3 weeks prior, during or 3 weeks after your holiday.
  • All Nine & Tenne staff will receive Covid-specific hygiene training.
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting measures in all chalets.
  • Nine & Tenne team will be monitored at all times, with daily temperature checks. Any staff member showing Covid-19 related symptoms will be removed from the work and isolate until they are cleared to return to work.
  • Staff will all have access to personal protective equipment (PPE) specific to their job role.
  • Hand sanitiser be available throughout all chalets and staff will be required to use this regularly while working.
  • The communal areas of each catered chalet will be disinfected every day, with multiple cleans for touch points and at-risk areas. The whole chalet will be thoroughly disinfected and aired on changeover days.
  • The spa areas of each chalet will be cleaned regularly, as always, and the number of people using these areas at one time may need to be restricted depending on French Government advice regarding social distancing at the time of travel.
  • To minimise all person-to-person contact we offer a contactless check-in service for our self-catered properties and will ensure extra cleaning products will be provided for the client’s own use during their stay.
  • Items such as DVDs, books, games and some cupboard essential items will be removed from the chalets to reduce the risk of contamination.

A beautiful Chalet in the village of Chatel which oozes charm and tradition. Paddy and his team take care of everything from driving you to the town and slopes to cooking delicious evening meals. We had a great week here (despite the lack of snowfall) and will definitely be returning.

We were 7 people and had a wonderful week at 21@The View. The accommodation was fabulous and very well equipped - the photos describe the place perfectly. Paddy kindly arranged for ski passes and skis to be delivered to the apartment. My only regret is that I did not take Paddy up on his offer of transfers from Geneva airport as we were badly let down. Fortunately, Paddy came to the rescue and, at 6am, managed to arrange a last minute taxi to the airport - a big thankyou from us all!
