What does a fully catered ski holiday include?

If you’re looking for real luxury on your next ski holiday then opting for a fully catered ski chalet is a fantastic idea. Many people who’ve stayed in catered accommodation say they’d never go back to self catered as it really does provide the ultimate treat to be cooked for every day.. I mean it’s a HOLIDAY after all!

And it’s not just about the food… at NINE & TENNE our fully catered package provides you with the services of a qualified chef, as well as in-resort driver, chalet host and resort manager.   Effectively a member of staff to take care of every element of your stay!

Breakfast

After a cup of tea or coffee in bed, enjoy a continental breakfast of cereals & muesli, fresh breads, yoghurts, fruits, and juices. And every morning a different hot option is available such as Eggs Benedict, American pancakes, and full English.

Afternoon Tea

When you return from skiing each day a homemade cake or biscuits will await you, to enjoy in front of the fire with a big pot of tea, hot chocolate or a cold beer if you prefer!

Dinner

Evening meals are a big event in NINE & TENNE chalets, and start with a selection of delicious canapés and a tipple of your choice, try the cocktail of the day or a glass of one of our excellent wines.

On four evenings, adjourn to the dining table for your 4 course meal such as:

Goats Cheese Salad

Goats cheese, smoked duck, poached pear, honey walnuts, beetroot, rocket, balsamic

Filet Mignon

Pork tenderloin, smoked bacon croquettes, savoy cabbage, boudin noir, cider jus, apple compote

Chocolate Tart

Rich dark chocolate, red fruit compote, salted caramel dust

Local Abondance Cheese

With grandma’s sweet chilli jam

On another two evenings a 2 course ‘comfort food’ menu is served such as classic Boeuf Bourguignon followed by Spiced Apple Crumble with crème anglaise.

Bar / Wines

A complimentary bar is available throughout your stay including beers and spirits. Each evening a different red and white wine will be served, chosen to match the menu and please the most discerning of palates.

Airport transfers and in-resort driving

NINE & TENNE catered ski holidays include private transfers from Geneva airport, as well as chauffeured minibus around resort during your stay.

Concierge service

From lunchtime restaurant bookings to birthday cakes to flower deliveries to childcare arrangements – all your requests big or small are taken care of by our experienced team of staff.
